Our cards are the perfect opportunity for you to honor the special women in your life by supporting women in need.

  • For a $25 donation, each Mother’s Day card can support a week of healthy lunches for a Women’s Lunch Place guest. This year’s Mother’s Day card artist is Marlo––her story is below.

  • Order cards online:

    • Order blank cards. We will ship to you using USPS First-Class within 3 business days.

    • Order personalized cards, mailed to the recipient(s) using USPS First-Class during the week of April 29. For orders of 10 cards or more, contact Miriam.

  • Become a card ambassador:

    • Fill out this short form to become a Mother’s Day Card Ambassador. You can share the word about the cards, earn points for each referral, and win prizes!

  • Pick up cards in person:

Marlo - 2024 artist

This year’s card was designed by Marlo, a guest of Women’s Lunch Place.

Marlo grew up in foster care and has experienced homelessness on and off for over a decade.

Recently, she moved to Boston and began visiting our community. She enjoys our scratch-made meals, shower facilities, and therapeutic art classes.

“I’ve been working as a cashier, but I’m looking for a change,” said Marlo, who can use WLP’s Resource & Empowerment Center to build her skill set and search for jobs.

“I am always inspired by everyday life. I think life is beautiful and I want to turn that into a lasting, lingering feeling. You can do that through art because art is timeless.”
